Dr. Edward “Eddie” Richter is a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida in 2010 and completed his residency at University Hospitals in Ohio. Dr. Richter has worked for the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and various Chicagoland hospitals. He is currently the sitting ER Medical Director at Morrison Hospital. He is the best person to have around in any emergency, but after over 10 years of constant adrenaline and managing the fast pace of emergency rooms, he decided to make a change. With Dr. Chen as a mentor, he has become fully immersed in the world of medical aesthetics and taken on the role of Medical Director here at Beautify CHI.

watching the NBA and has been to 5 NBA all star games. He loves music and taking his wife and 4 year old daughter to music festivals. Eddie loves Chicago and everything it has to offer!

Dr. Charlie Chen is a premier board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He completed his five year general surgery residency at Yale University, followed by a three year plastic surgery residency at University of California, San Diego. He furthered his training by completing a one year aesthetic surgery fellowship in Charlotte, NC as an American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Endorsed Fellow. He is a bi-coastal surgeon with practices in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Manhattan. We are proud to welcome him to our Beautify CHI team here in Chicago.

spending time with his wife, two daughters, and son. He also enjoys sailing, playing the guitar, and fishing. In addition to English, Dr. Chen is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Bria Waters, RN, BSN is an experienced aesthetic nurse injector with over 10 years of nursing experience, specializing in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. She became certified in Botox and dermal fillers and quickly fell in love with aesthetic medicine, drawn to the ability to blend science, artistry, and patient connection. Her greatest passion lies in helping patients feel confident in their own skin through thoughtful, natural enhancements. She is deeply committed to patient education and feels incredibly grateful to build trust and confidence through the work she does every day.

spending time with her husband Nick, her dog Cappy, and her big Irish family. She enjoys meditating, traveling, and listening to music.

Kate started her career as a physical therapist working in various rehab settings. She has experience working with modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to treat various orthopedic and neurological conditions. It was through her own experience treating her rosacea that she discovered her passion for medical aesthetics and interest in laser treatments. Kate is a certified laser technician with experience using all of our devices.

spending time with her husband, daughter and senior rescue dog named Uncle Gucci. She enjoys traveling to new places whenever she can. Her favorite city to visit is New Orleans.
