Edward Richter DO
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Edward “Eddie” Richter is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with advanced aesthetics training and the Medical Director of Beautify CHI Med Spa. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University, completed his Emergency Medicine residency in Ohio, and has worked with the Cleveland Clinic and several Chicagoland hospital systems. He currently serves as Regional Director of Emergency Medicine while continuing to care for patients in the ER.
Eddie’s interest in aesthetics grew naturally from what he loves most about medicine: caring for people, performing hands-on procedures, and helping patients feel better. At Beautify CHI, he brings a medical, approachable, and patient-first perspective to every treatment.
His goal is to help patients look refreshed, confident, and natural. His aesthetic interests include facial balancing, collagen stimulation, injectables, body contouring, and wellness medicine, with a special love for Sculptra and medical weight loss.
Above all, Eddie wants every patient to feel heard, comfortable, and supported every step of the way.

Cassandra
Licensed Medical Esthetician
Cassandra is an esthetician with 10+ years of experience, specializing in personalized, results-driven treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique skin concerns and goals. She’s passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through a thoughtful and customized approach.
What she loves most about esthetics is that it’s always evolving, there’s always something new to learn, and she’s committed to continuing her education so she can provide the most effective treatments and techniques for her patients.

Bria Waters, RN, BSN
CERTIFIED NURSE INJECTOR
Bria Waters, RN, BSN is an experienced aesthetic nurse injector with over 10 years of nursing experience, specializing in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. She became certified in Botox and dermal fillers and quickly fell in love with aesthetic medicine, drawn to the ability to blend science, artistry, and patient connection. Her greatest passion lies in helping patients feel confident in their own skin through thoughtful, natural enhancements. She is deeply committed to patient education and feels incredibly grateful to build trust and confidence through the work she does every day.
Laura Loves
spending time with her husband Nick, her dog Cappy, and her big Irish family. She enjoys meditating, traveling, and listening to music.
Kate Richter DPT
OFFICE MANAGER & LASER TECHNICIAN
Kate started her career as a physical therapist working in various rehab settings. She has experience working with modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to treat various orthopedic and neurological conditions. It was through her own experience treating her rosacea that she discovered her passion for medical aesthetics and interest in laser treatments. Kate is a certified laser technician with experience using all of our devices.
Kate Loves
spending time with her husband, daughter and rescue dog named Junebug. She enjoys traveling to new places whenever she can. Her favorite city to visit is New Orleans.
