Dr. Edward “Eddie” Richter is a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida in 2010 and completed his residency at University Hospitals in Ohio. Dr. Richter has worked for the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and various Chicagoland hospitals. He is currently the sitting ER Medical Director at Morrison Hospital. He is the best person to have around in any emergency, but after over 10 years of constant adrenaline and managing the fast pace of emergency rooms, he decided to make a change. With Dr. Chen as a mentor, he has become fully immersed in the world of medical aesthetics and taken on the role of Medical Director here at Beautify CHI.

watching the NBA and has been to 5 NBA all star games. He loves music and taking his wife and 4 year old daughter to music festivals. Eddie loves Chicago and everything it has to offer!

Dr. Charlie Chen is a premier board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He completed his five year general surgery residency at Yale University, followed by a three year plastic surgery residency at University of California, San Diego. He furthered his training by completing a one year aesthetic surgery fellowship in Charlotte, NC as an American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Endorsed Fellow. He is a bi-coastal surgeon with practices in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Manhattan. We are proud to welcome him to our Beautify CHI team here in Chicago.

spending time with his wife, two daughters, and son. He also enjoys sailing, playing the guitar, and fishing. In addition to English, Dr. Chen is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Laura grew up in Albania and moved to Chicago in her teens. She initially became interested in aesthetics after researching treatments for her mother’s burn. From there, she started her career working for a plastic surgeon and moved onto various roles at Med Spas in the area. She has over 17 years of experience in the aesthetic industry and is a tremendous wealth of knowledge for both injectable and spa treatments. Her favorite treatment to provide is her signature facials as well as skin resurfacing with our Morpheus8.

to cook and host her friends and family with lavish Charcuterie boards and cocktails. She has a passion for skin care, working out and eating clean foods.

Brenda grew up in Chicago and started her career working as an ICU nurse. Outside the hospital, she developed a passion for beauty, fashion and wellness while starting her lifestyle blog Windy Style. This sparked her interest in aesthetic medicine so much so that transitioning into a nurse injector role felt almost natural. She has trained extensively and has 4 years of experience performing complex injectable procedures such as Liquid Rhinoplasty and Liquid BBL. Brenda enjoys talking to each patient, listening to their concerns, and tailoring treatments to meet their individual needs.

traveling with her husband and adding to her new posts to her blog Windy Style. She also enjoys exploring the vibrant food scene in Chicago. In addition to English, Brenda is fluent in Spanish.

Kate started her career as a physical therapist working in various rehab settings. She has experience working with modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to treat various orthopedic and neurological conditions. It was through her own experience treating her rosacea that she discovered her passion for medical aesthetics and interest in laser treatments. Kate is a certified laser technician with experience using all of our devices.

spending time with her husband, daughter and senior rescue dog named Uncle Gucci. She enjoys traveling to new places whenever she can. Her favorite city to visit is New Orleans.
