These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.beautifychi.com (“Site”) and the services we offer, including but not limited to medical spa treatments, consultations, and any other related services (collectively, the “Services”). No Guarantees: Results from treatments and procedures vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results from any of our Services.

Booking: To schedule an appointment or consultation, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to update your information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate. By providing your information or contacting us, you are agreeing to receive text messages from our business.

Consultations: Prices for our Services are discussed during consultations and vary based on individual needs and treatment plans. All quotes provided during consultations are estimates and are subject to change based on the actual Service provided.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site or Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
